Elevated Latency — AI Rewrite Engine
The Progress Note AI Rewrite API experienced elevated response times (avg. 4.2 s vs. baseline 380 ms) between 09:14 and 09:29 AEST. Root cause: a cold-start cascade on the inference cluster following a routine deployment. The cluster was recycled and all endpoints returned to normal latency. No data loss or incorrect output was produced.
