Provider Shield helps you find gaps in documentation. It does not prepare, approve or certify anything for an audit.
A simple review routine
- Write each progress note with the guided prompts and review the draft before saving.
- Upload important documents, such as service agreements, to Document Check and read the list of issues.
- Run the Timesheet Check on shift data to find overlapping shifts.
- Fix what you agree needs fixing in your own records, then re-run the check.
What it cannot tell you
Results are suggestions. They are not a regulatory approval and do not predict any audit outcome. Auditors assess the records you keep, so make sure they reflect what actually happened.
On the Professional plan you can also print a participant file report that gathers a participant's goals and notes in one place.
