What Provider Shield does

• Helps your team write more complete progress notes.
• Checks uploaded documents for missing or unclear detail.
• Flags overlapping shifts in timesheet data.

What it does not do

• It does not track worker screening clearances, incidents, complaints or credential expiry.
• It does not certify compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards or any other law.
• It does not give legal advice.
